Experienced Online Chat Specialist – Customer Support and Engagement Expert

**The Role**

As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and you'll play a critical role in shaping their experience with our brand. You'll be responsible for:

* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate
* Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately
* Promoting interest in client products and services
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

* PC keyboarding and internet experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal

* Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
* The ability to compose professional emails
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
* Basic technical skills, including the ability to navigate through smartphone and computer applications
* An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality
