Job Description As an Online Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. Your primary objective will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience and promoting interest in our clients' products and services. You will be working in a remote capacity, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance.
