* Hand multiple incoming requests for information in a timely and efficient manner
* Provide quick and accurate assistance to customers, ensuring a positive experience
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an online chat environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
