**Role Overview**
As an Online Chat Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing prompt and professional responses to guest inquiries via live chat
* Assisting guests with reservation modifications and cancellations
* Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and effective problem-solving strategies
* Providing information about hotel services, policies, and local attractions
* Documenting guest interactions and maintaining accurate records in the system
* Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
* Staying informed about hotel promotions and offerings to effectively assist guests
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or customer service related field preferred
* Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting
* Excellent written communication skills with a professional tone
