**Responsibilities**
As an Online Chat Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensuring a smooth customer experience
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry developments and trends
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our dealership clients to build their customer base
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
* Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
* Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center, or office customer service setting is preferred, with 2+ years of experience
* The ability to pass a background check
* Fluent English, both spoken and written
* Strong decision-making and analytical abilities
* Fast typing skills are a plus, with a minimum of 35 WPM
