Key Responsibilities:
Engage in online conversations with customers, responding to inquiries and providing support in a timely and professional manner
Represent arenaflex's automotive dealer clients favorably, promoting their products and services to potential customers
Identify opportunities to generate leads and convert conversations into sales opportunities
Work independently in a remote environment, managing your time effectively to meet performance targets
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Collaborate with internal teams to share best practices and improve customer engagement strategies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
Reside within the state listed on the position posting
Have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
Ensure your computer meets the minimum technical specifications: 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
Have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions, as this is a remote position
Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
Gaming experience is preferred, but not essential
