Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Marketing Specialist to join our team at careerzynith. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a critical role in driving customer engagement and sales growth through our online chat platform. * Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution of online chat marketing initiatives
* Develop, refine, and execute online chat and customer engagement recommendations to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Analyze monthly online chat transcript and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize chat program performance
* Define and build an online chat service program that aligns with careerzynith's customer experience strategy
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to socialize chat program insights and results, and drive business decisions
* Manage chat script maintenance and compliance to ensure regulatory requirements are met
**Your Pay and Benefits:**
* A competitive base salary of $85,000 - $120,000, depending on experience
* A bonus of $5,000 - $10,000, based on individual and team performance

**Essential Qualifications:**
* 5-7 years of in-depth understanding of online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service tactics
* Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and manage risk
* Experience in customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing
* Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Web Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive business decisions
