We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant Remote office. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, sales growth, and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless online chat operations and customer service delivery
* Develop, refine, and execute online chat and customer engagement recommendations to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Analyze monthly online chat transcripts and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize chat program performance
* Define and build an online chat service program that aligns with careerzynith's customer-centric vision
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to socialize chat program insights and results, and drive business outcomes
* Maintain chat script compliance and ensure regulatory requirements are met
**Your Compensation Package:**
* Competitive base salary: $85,000 - $120,000
* Bonus: $5,000 - $10,000
* Relocation assistance to support your move to our Remote office
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 5-7 years of in-depth experience in online sales and marketing tactics, online chats, customer engagement, and online customer service
* Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, build cross-functional relationships, and mitigate risk
* Strong understanding of customer experience design, web analytics, and A/B split testing
* Bachelor's degree in eCommerce, Web Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a financial services or banking environment
* Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
* Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
