**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Online Chat Agent to join our remote customer support team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through live chat, email, and phone support. **Responsibilities**

As an Online Chat Agent at careerzynith, you'll have the following responsibilities:

* Provide prompt and courteous customer service to clients through live chat, email, and phone support
* Utilize a pre-written document with answers to the most commonly asked questions to assist customers
* Escalate complex issues to your supervisor for resolution
* Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
* Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
* Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
* Be available to work at least 20 hours per week
