* Filing, scanning, and photocopying historical accounting documents according to document retention policies
* Organizing current invoices, tracking missing invoices, and ensuring accurate records
* Maintaining a well-organized filing system
* Assisting the accounting department in maintaining clean and accurate records
* Filing paperwork digitally and manually as necessary
* Performing other duties as assigned by the accounting team

* A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional qualifications in office administration or a related field a plus
* Proven experience using scanning tools and software
