Your primary responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities Provide office communications support by answering calls, forwarding messages, and confirming customer work orders Interact with customers daily to address appointments, service issues, billing inquiries, etc. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and courtesy calls to ensure our services meet the highest standards Track customer information and maintain records in our Customer Relationship Management System, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Schedule and delegate work orders to field staff, updating and monitoring schedules as needed to ensure seamless service delivery Execute daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including billing, receivables, and payables, maintaining our financial records with precision Manage office supplies and address office-related malfunctions or requests, ensuring our workspace is always efficient and productive Qualifications: Essential and Preferred To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements.
