**Position Overview**

We are in search of a highly motivated Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to offer exceptional customer support via email and chat. This role is hybrid, with 2 days working in the office and 3 days remotely each week. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. While prior experience in customer support is a plus, it is not required as we provide comprehensive training.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for:

β€’ Quickly and professionally responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
β€’ Assisting customers with placing orders, addressing product questions, and troubleshooting issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
β€’ Providing accurate and detailed information to customers about products, services, and company policies, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
β€’ Handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently and courteously, maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
β€’ Collaborating with other departments to address and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
β€’ Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using our CRM system.
β€’ Continuously enhancing job knowledge through participation in training sessions and educational opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

β€’ Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β€’ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking.
β€’ Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
β€’ Previous experience in customer support or a related field is beneficial but not required, as we provide comprehensive training.
