Load, unload, service, guide, and direct company aircraft
Handle all aspects of loading, stowing, and unloading cargo, mail, and company materials
Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers
Work in a team environment to achieve fast turns of aircraft and meet flight departure schedules
Perform other duties as directed by supervisors
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
No experience is required, as we provide full training for our new team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other teams
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and move items of 70 pounds or more on a regular basis
Ability to climb, bend, stoop, crawl, and kneel frequently and for extended periods
Valid state motor vehicle operator's license
Ability to obtain a SIDA badge and meet all local airport requirements

Previous experience in ground operations or a related field
Knowledge of slope operations procedures, rules, and regulations
Ability to work under close time limitations to achieve fast turns of aircraft
