**What You Need to Succeed**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* **Fluent Swedish, Danish B2, and English B2 level**: You'll be working with customers in multiple languages, so proficiency in these languages is essential.
* **Basic technical understanding**: You'll need to understand the technical aspects of our clients' products and services to provide effective support.
* **Analytical and research skills**: You'll need to analyze customer issues and research solutions to resolve them efficiently.
* **Self-management skills**: You'll work independently, managing your time and priorities to meet customer needs.
* **Positive and responsible attitude**: You'll need to maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in challenging situations.
* **Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)**: You'll need a reliable computer and internet connection to work effectively from home.

While not required, experience in customer service and CRM systems will be a great asset in this role. If you have experience working with customers, CRM systems, or other relevant tools, you'll be well-equipped to hit the ground running.
