Remote, Manual Underwriters Needed for Full Time Project UNDERWRITING REQUIREMENTS 8+ years of manual underwriting experience for National Bank, Mortgage Conduit or MI Company Ability to interpret, apply multiple program guidelines to investor loan files for valid UW decision Calculate Income, LTV, DTI and credit analysis Evaluate Federal and State compliance documentation for completeness Analyze servicing history, records for default/modification performance TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS Dual monitors High Speed Network and processing system Microsoft Sharepoint, Remote Desktop, Internet Explorer 10, Intermediate Excel, Web-based applications and multiple databases PROJECT REQUIREMENTS Full time, Monday – Friday with additional hours to meet litigation deadlines 9 am – 6 PM Eastern time Daily and weekly production assignments NO concurrent employment due to conflict requirements of legal matter Project estimated to last 4+ months, potential for longer term ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills Self-directed professionalable to meet strict deadlines in fast-paced, distance-based team environment Professional, ethical conduct and team player able to pass national federal background and reference checks Please submit resumes in Word format to [email protected] All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
