We are seeking
Dynamic experienced mortgage professionals capable of independently generating business.
In-depth understanding of mortgage industry dynamics and market trends.
β’ Mortgage Loan Officers must hold a valid NMLS License in
Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah-DRE, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.
Strong knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
Responsibilities
Originate loans through cultivating and nurturing client relationships.
Assess client needs and recommend suitable mortgage products.
Stay abreast of market trends and regulatory changes.
