**Responsibilities**
As a Mortgage Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Entering complex alphanumeric data into our computer system from documents or records scheduled for processing
* Entering information regarding document tracking into the computer system
* Requesting any necessary documentation required for the preparation of the data for entry
* Preparing any assigned logs or other data entry records required to calculate volumes, accuracy rates, deadlines, or status of documents remaining to be entered
* Properly labeling or identifying all files or documents entered
* Generating required reports to complete appropriate distribution of the documents or files
* Performing all other duties as requested
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
* Strong organizational ability and ability to prioritize tasks
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
* Up to one year of experience preferably in a bank or mortgage company or other related business
* Ability to generate a high volume of work and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with data entry software and systems
