**Job Brief**

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Mobile Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Mobile Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing customer queries and complaints, processing orders, and escalating issues across various communication channels. You'll be the face of careerzynith, and we're looking for someone who can embody our values of empathy, professionalism, and excellence.

**Responsibilities**

As a Mobile Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, or chat
* Communicating with customers through various channels, including social media and messaging apps
* Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and provide expert advice
* Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency
* Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
* Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
* Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help us improve
* Managing a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure they have the support and resources they need to succeed
* Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support at all times

**Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
* The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
* Comfortable using computers and navigating our customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience working with customer support software and tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
