**What to Expect:**
As a Mid-Level Application Support Specialist with Chat Support, you'll be responsible for:
* Enhancing and developing a comprehensive knowledge base for client-owned applications, ensuring that our team has the resources they need to provide exceptional support
* Designing and delivering engaging training programs for staff on Salesforce and Amazon Connect functionalities, helping our team stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices
* Providing expert-level support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents involving relevant applications, using your technical expertise to resolve complex issues and ensure our clients' systems are running smoothly
* Serving as an escalation point for common application issues, prioritizing issues appropriately to ensure timely resolution and minimize downtime
* Utilizing chat and soft phone features to assist customers with inquiries regarding agency mission systems, providing personalized support and ensuring a positive customer experience
**What We're Looking For:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience with Salesforce and/or Amazon Connect, with a strong understanding of these technologies and their applications
* Demonstrated experience in developing knowledge articles and creating staff training, with a focus on clear communication and effective learning
* Proven skills in delivering exceptional customer service, with a commitment to empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
* Proficient technical skills with Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and web-based applications, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
