**A Day in the Life**
As a Member Service Representative, you will be working in our fast-paced communications center, where you will have the opportunity to:
* Learn about our members and understand their financial situations
* Educate members on the ways we can help them achieve their financial goals
* Provide meaningful, careful, and focused product solutions
* Process transactions with courtesy and professionalism
* Perform advanced transactions, such as IRAs, CDs, and wire transfers
* Grow with us by immersing in financial industry trends, products, and technological advances
* Share your knowledge on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities
* Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our members and your teammates through peaks and valleys
**Who We're Looking For**
We're seeking individuals who are passionate about helping others, enjoy learning, and are comfortable recommending and processing financial products. If you're a team player who is comfortable with change, innovative, and believes in making a difference, we want to hear from you. Multi-lingual capabilities, including Spanish, are highly preferred.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or financial services environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to lift files and bend, stoop, or stand on one leg (just kidding – we don't expect you to do that on one leg!)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in financial services or a related field
* Leadership experience or informal leadership roles
* Knowledge of financial products and services
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
* Bilingual or multilingual capabilities
