**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Engagement Representative. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, develop strong relationships with our members, and support their engagement and retention. You'll be responsible for:
* Providing prompt and courteous service to members, participants, and guests
* Conducting membership interviews, enrolling new members, and providing motivational support and guidance
* Assisting members and participants with program registration, answering inquiries, and providing information on careerzynith membership and programs
* Processing member applications, including performing data entry and balancing financial transactions
* Supporting member engagement and retention activities, including follow-up on prospects who have not joined and new member survey feedback
* Attending staff meetings and trainings as required
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Responsibilities**
* Develops positive relationships with members, participants, and guests, providing prompt and courteous service
* Conducts membership interviews, enrolls new members, and provides motivational support and guidance
* Assists members and participants with program registration, answers inquiries, and provides information on careerzynith membership and programs
* Processes member applications, including performing data entry and balancing financial transactions
* Supports member engagement and retention activities, including follow-up on prospects who have not joined and new member survey feedback
* Attends staff meetings and trainings as required
* Performs other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
* 16 years of age or older
* Six months or more of relevant work experience (sales, retail, reception, customer service, etc.)
* Strong customer service skills, responding to multiple questions via phone, email, and in person
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful
* Knowledge of, and previous experience with, diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Knowledge of, and previous experience with, diverse populations (language, culture, race, physical ability, sexual orientation, etc.)
* Ability to speak any language in addition to English may be helpful
