* Processing all patient information and paperwork for durable medical equipment and respiratory products
* Maintaining accurate records, including updating the respiratory grid and managing referral logs
* Verifying insurance coverage information for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance
* Providing technical assistance to customers and assisting with retail/walk-in equipment requests
**What is Required (Qualifications)**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High school diploma or GED equivalent
* A valid driver's license in the state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
* A background investigation and drug screening (when applicable)
* The ability to accurately perform simple mathematical calculations
* Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written
