**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* **Experience**: At least 1 year of experience working in a call center environment, preferably in medical claims and/or insurance
* **Education**: High School Diploma, GED, or transcripts
* **Language**: Bi-lingual skills are a plus, but not required
* **Software**: Epic Software experience is highly preferred
* **Technical**: Ability to work from home with a quiet setting, high-speed internet (50 Mbps download/20 Mbps upload speed), and a workspace to accommodate two monitors and a computer
* **Certifications**: Ability to undergo a criminal background check and complete a drug screen testing (testing for THC)
