**Responsibilities**
As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert at careerzynith, your responsibilities will include:
* Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries with care and attention to detail
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening and empathy

* Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, using our cutting-edge technology to stay connected with your colleagues and customers
* 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
* Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to type 25 words per minute, with accuracy and speed
* High school graduate or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving
* Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems and our proprietary software
* Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply and clearly
* Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems, with a strong understanding of computer hardware and software
