**The Role**
As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries with care, providing excellent service through active listening, and resolving issues proactively. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds and communicating effectively with customers to de-escalate issues when necessary. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* 6 months of customer service experience preferred
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
