**Key Responsibilities**

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and analyzing standard and ad-hoc marketing reports to drive business growth and inform marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

* **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Collect and analyze data from various sources to create reports and support marketing efforts, including sales support, product management, and asset management.
* **Information Gathering and Verification**: Research and verify information from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
* **Data Visualization and Communication**: Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, using visual aids such as charts, graphs, and text.
* **Collaboration and Cross-Functional Work**: Work with cross-functional teams to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and develop marketing strategies.
* **Sales Support**: Provide sales support by answering questions about processes, agreements, devices, and assets.
* **Product Management**: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and improve product portfolios and processes.
* **Asset Management**: Maintain, update, and improve assets and data available on SCOUT, UPS.com, and Item Knowledgebase.
* **Data Analysis and Interpretation**: Use computer-based scientific and data management tools to perform routine analysis, report findings, and collaborate with others as needed.
* **Issue Definition and Problem-Solving**: Identify key variables behind critical issues and develop solutions to address them; propose ways to tackle more complex issues; research and analyze anomalies in routine business results.
* **Client Business Cycle Analysis**: Understand the essential client business processes in which careerzynith solutions are most often applied (e.g., order management, transportation, receiving, returns, cash due and creditor liabilities); within area of responsibility, able to describe client benefits through the use of careerzynith solutions.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* At least three (3) years of experience in marketing, data analysis, or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data from various sources.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Analytics.
* Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience with data management tools and techniques.

* Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
