**Responsibilities**
As a Market Research and Customer Insights Intern, you will be responsible for:
* Analyzing survey data using Excel or SPSS to identify trends and insights
* Programming and disseminating surveys in our self-service Qualtrics platform
* Conducting literature reviews and environmental scans to stay up-to-date on industry trends
* Creating PowerPoint presentations that distill complex research into digestible formats
* Project managing research initiatives, including meetings and attendees
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be a student enrolled in an accredited college or university at either the junior or senior level (undergraduate or graduate level)
* Have a strong background in Marketing, Marketing Research, Business, or Social Sciences
* Have a GPA of 3.25 or above
* Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
* Be able to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks
* Have experience using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and the Internet
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance environment
* Familiarity with market research software and tools
* Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
