**Key Responsibilities:**

* Coach and professionally develop Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management to increase sales, establish formal partnerships, and broaden awareness of careerzynith's corporate travel programs and services to State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts.
* Identify, hire, onboard, and train a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry.
* Collaborate with fellow Leaders to drive growth, establish strategic partnerships, and increase sales in the managed travel space.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales, establish formal partnerships, and broaden awareness of careerzynith's corporate travel programs and services.
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive growth.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts.

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the travel industry.
* Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and increasing customer engagement.
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team of sales professionals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience working in the managed travel industry, preferably with State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts.
* Knowledge of careerzynith's products and services, as well as the travel industry as a whole.
* Experience with sales force automation tools, CRM systems, and other technology platforms.
* Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the managed travel space.
* Ability to travel for training, meetings, conferences, and other business-related activities.
