With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we're constantly looking for talented individuals to join our team and help shape the future of corporate travel. **Key Responsibilities** As a Manager State & Higher Education at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Coaching and professionally developing Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management * Executing strategic direction of SLED managed travel accounts to drive sales growth and establish formal partnerships * Broadening awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services to State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts * Identifying, hiring, onboarding, and training a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry * Collaborating with fellow Leaders to identify opportunities for growth and innovation **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field * At least 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field * Proven track record of driving sales growth and establishing formal partnerships * Excellent communication and coaching skills * Ability to work in a remote environment with occasional travel for training, meetings, and conferences **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience in the managed travel industry * Knowledge of corporate travel programs and services * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Excellent coaching and leadership skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong business acumen and understanding of the managed travel industry **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
