About the Role We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our Financial Systems team as a Manager, responsible for the implementation of SAP's S/4HANA and the development of financial reporting solutions. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Disney Finance organization, Project Technology, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of S/4HANA and other finance-related projects. Your expertise in SAP and financial systems will be essential in driving business outcomes and providing strategic guidance to our finance community. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Disney Finance organization and Project Technology to facilitate the successful implementation of S/4HANA and other finance-related projects Develop and implement strategies to address finance needs, gather data, analyze recommendations, and define and report agreed-upon finance functional requirements, end-user system strategies, and business process flows Align practical cycles and needs with the greater organizational objectives Utilize your functional expertise and in-depth knowledge of SAP to develop solutions to system issues Develop testing procedures, coordinate, and participate in finance-related testing efforts for system implementations, enhancements, and modifications Communicate with partners, management, and subject matter experts Support the S/4 Project Change Management team in developing targeted training programs and materials to prepare the finance community for the use of SAP's S/4HANA and other related applications Drive continuous improvement and practice critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities with attention to detail Essential Qualifications and Abilities To be successful in this role, you will need: 5+ years of experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP In-depth knowledge of SAP accounting solutions and 3+ years of accounting and/or finance experience in a complex, large organization A proven track record of achievements and skills related to your role on a project-wide financial system program Ability to navigate complex issues, think creatively, and be innovative Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data-driven insights to inform your decisions Ability to identify and mitigate risks to financial cycles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey excellence and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Ability to deliver results and thrive in a fast-paced environment Education A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required. A graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (e.g., MBA, MIS) is preferred.
