As a Manager of Customer Insights on our Retail Media Network, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth, optimizing media investments, and elevating client understanding of our customers. If you're a seasoned professional with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a knack for storytelling, we want to hear from you. **Your Impact** As a Manager of Customer Insights, you'll engage directly with our clients to review their media investments, identify areas for optimization, and develop strategies to grow their business at arenaflex. You'll work closely with our sales and account management teams to formulate media strategies, develop test and learn plans, and deliver actionable insights that drive business results. Your expertise will be sought after by internal partners and external clients alike, and you'll be responsible for elevating their understanding of our customers through data-driven storytelling. **What You'll Do** * Develop annual strategic learning plans for our business(es) supported, aligning with arenaflex's overall goals and objectives * Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future media investments * Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments * Regularly deliver these recommendations to internal leadership (VP+) and external vendor-partners of all levels, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration * Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights * Tell data stories that support other key deliverables, such as sales pitches and case studies, showcasing arenaflex's expertise and thought leadership * Oversee omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating all sources of insights to support other client-facing teams (e.g., sales and account management) * Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback, ensuring that arenaflex's solutions meet the evolving needs of our clients * Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to arenaflex's LMN Insights team and the whole of the arenaflex retail media business, especially in key forums with leadership, to highlight the state of the arenaflex customer **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative * 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics * Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management, with a track record of delivering results-driven insights * Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way * Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, with a focus on driving business growth and optimization * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Sequel) **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Master's in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA) * Proven experience leading teams and driving business impact, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics * Experience managing global teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business growth * Experience working in a retail environment, with a focus on customer insights and analytics * Proficiency in working with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics) **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a leading home improvement company serving approximately 16 million customer transactions a week in the United States.
