About the Team and the Opportunity As a member of our blithequark Contact Center team, you will have the unique opportunity to generate meaningful emotional connections with our customers daily. As a Loyalty Customer Care Representative, you will be working from home, with a requirement for high-speed internet service and a quiet home office environment. Key Responsibilities Learn specific client loyalty program guidelines and apply this knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Answer all incoming inquiries directed to you through various media channels, including phone, email, and chat, in a professional and customer-centric manner. Approach each day with a positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude, acting with integrity at all times. Communicate clearly, concisely, and helpfully, both verbally and in writing, to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Take ownership of customer inquiries, working toward a resolution and de-escalating issues as necessary through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Efficiently use all internal systems and resources, adhering to schedules and company policies and procedures. Work independently with minimal supervision, escalating any issues or concerns that cannot be resolved through normal efforts. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. The ability to attend a 7-week training program remotely with 100% attendance. Basic computer knowledge with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). At least 1 year of customer service experience (or equivalent experience), with a strong customer service orientation and collaborative nature. Good problem-solving ability, high level of accuracy, and attention to detail, with a "whatever it takes" attitude to care for customers. Flexibility regarding changes in work processes and environment, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills, with flexibility in scheduling, including weekends. Preferred qualifications include 2 years of customer service experience and savvy computer knowledge with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
