**Key Responsibilities**

As a Lost and Found Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:

* Assisting walk-in customers during business hours, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Answering phones during business hours, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
* Maintaining and updating the Lost and Found system, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
* Researching and verifying the validity of all information before releasing lost items to customers.
* Collecting lost items from Remote Parking, TSA, Car Rental, Terminals, and various other areas of the airport grounds.
* Photographing and logging items, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
* Receiving, counting, documenting, and securing items in a lockable container such as a safe.
* Managing the movement of goods and materials, ensuring that all items are handled with care and attention to detail.

* Availability on weekends and holidays: You will be required to work on weekends and holidays, and you will need to be available to work a variety of shifts.
* Detail-oriented and well organized: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, updating the Lost and Found system, and ensuring that all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
* Occasional lifting of up to 70lbs: You will be required to lift and move items, and you will need to be physically able to perform this task.
