**Responsibilities**
As a Lockbox Processor at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Extracting remittances based on standard operating procedures and ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Processing and/or reconciling transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining high productivity and quality levels.
* Ensuring the availability of necessary materials, documentation, and capacity to complete transactions efficiently.
* Confirming equipment is operational, if applicable, and providing feedback on workflow and work received.
* Reviewing transactions and related documents to verify work processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred, but not required.
* The ability to perform repetitive functions and meet deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
* A detail-oriented approach with strong accuracy and attention to detail skills, ensuring high-quality work and minimal errors.
* Basic ten-key skills and some machine operation may be required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not essential, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
* Familiarity with banking software and systems.
