**The Role**

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer support to our clients through live chat, email, and social media platforms. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to live chat messages, emails, and social media inquiries in a timely and professional manner

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

**Requirements:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred
* Basic English writing skills and excellent communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
