Key Responsibilities Becoming a Brand or Product Expert : Develop a thorough understanding of our brand, products, and services to provide accurate and reliable support to customers. Stay up-to-date with the latest product releases, features, and updates to ensure you can effectively address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues. Maintaining Live Chat Best Practices : Demonstrate clear, correct writing and professional language in all customer interactions. Respond to every customer query, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey. Follow up with customers post-chat to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the support provided. Providing Pre- and Post-Sales Support : Offer expert guidance and support to customers throughout the purchasing process, from initial inquiry to post-sales support.
