**What You'll Be Doing**

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages on behalf of our clients' customers. This will involve:

* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Delivering discount codes and providing sales links to customers
* Working closely with our clients to understand their products and services
* Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to live chat messages on a company's website or social media accounts
* Provide customer support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Deliver discount codes and provide sales links to customers
* Work closely with our clients to understand their products and services
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our clients' customers

**Essential Qualifications:**

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
* Ability to work independently and follow provided steps and instructions
* 5+ hours of availability per week
* Reliable internet connection

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous customer service experience (not required, but a plus)
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Familiarity with live chat software and customer service tools
