**Job Description**

As a Live Chat Support representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for:

* Providing real-time support to customers via live chat
* Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Assisting customers with product-related inquiries and order issues
* Documenting customer interactions and feedback

**Requirements**

* Excellent written communication skills

* Prior customer service experience is a plus
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

**Essential Qualifications**
