As a Live Chat Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our online chat platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer inquiries and providing support in a timely and professional manner
* Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing
* Resolving customer issues and complaints in a fair and efficient manner
* Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance

**Requirements**
