Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced live chat support and digital product manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Automation Development group, you will be responsible for leading the discovery, definition, and execution of advanced chat automation capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to shape our conversational AI customer service products. Key Responsibilities

Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts and define product requirements that provide opportunities to enhance the customer experience
Leverage customer data, conversational analytics, industry insights, and technical expertise to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments
Work with the core product team to define customer stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and elevating any need for additional research to define future feature design
Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation and identify ways to improve the experience
Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and develop clear data-informed product recommendations accordingly
Maintain and refine the product portfolio, mapping customer stories to the needs of the end-user, while prioritizing for business value
Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, roadmap, release plan, and overall customer experience


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
A strong interest in and desire to understand how things work, with the ability to use that knowledge to create connections and identify opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias towards action
A passion for excellent products and services, with the ability to empathize with customers and articulate product functionality
Proven experience as a self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
