**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced live chat support agent to join our team. As a remote live chat assistant, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing sales links, and offering discounts to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage sales. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression and contributes to the company's reputation.

**Responsibilities**

As a remote live chat support agent, your key responsibilities will include:

* **Live Chat Support**
+ Respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts
+ Answer customer questions promptly and accurately, providing relevant information and helpful solutions
+ Assist customers in finding the right products or services by sharing appropriate sales links
+ Offer discounts or promotional codes to customers during live chat interactions, adhering to company guidelines and ensuring accurate application
* **Customer Service Excellence**

**Qualifications**
