Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat, ensuring timely and professional communication Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when necessary Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times, adhering to arenaflex's customer service standards Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, utilizing arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service, live chat, and related technologies Requirements: To succeed as a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required. If you have experience in a related field, such as sales, retail, or hospitality, we encourage you to apply Technical Skills: You must be proficient in using live chat platforms, CRM systems, and other customer service tools. Familiarity with arenaflex's technology stack is a plus Problem-Solving Skills: You must be able to troubleshoot technical issues, think critically, and provide creative solutions to customer problems Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
