**Position Overview**

As a Home or Office Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be the face of careerzynith and play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by responding to live chat inquiries from our customers in a timely and professional manner. This position offers the flexibility to work from either your home or office, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Manage and respond to live chat inquiries**: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and efficient solutions to their queries.
• **Understand customer needs**: Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions to their queries, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
• **Maintain a positive attitude**: Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times, providing a warm and welcoming experience for every customer interaction.
• **Update customer information**: Update customer information and order details accurately in our systems, ensuring that customer data is up-to-date and secure.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• **High school diploma or equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
• **Minimum 1 year experience in customer service**: A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat support role, is required for this position.
• **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as you'll be interacting with customers through live chat and email.
• **Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer navigation**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer navigation is required for this position, as you'll be using our systems to manage customer information and respond to customer inquiries.
