About the Live Chat Specialist Role As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in providing real-time support to our customers and visitors through our online chat software. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers, answer their questions, and provide accurate and timely assistance to ensure a seamless and positive experience. You will be working closely with our Online Chat Manager and will be expected to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a professional and courteous manner Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary to ensure prompt resolution Build relationships with new customers to better understand their needs and provide personalized support Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately to ensure customer satisfaction Promote interest in arenaflex products and services to drive sales and revenue growth Consistently achieve established standards of the position and continually portray a positive and professional image Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work and other duties as needed Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive and professional demeanor. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple incoming requests for information.
