* Providing accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, including staying up-to-date on new features and releases
* Collaborating with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance our customer service experience
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support
