What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Representative at aren't we, your primary focus will be delivering an exceptional customer experience that exceeds expectations. Here's what your daily responsibilities will look like:

Customer Relationship Building

Develop and maintain meaningful customer relationships using proven customer experience strategies
Engage with customers in a friendly, professional, and empathetic manner
Build trust and respect with every interaction to deliver the unexpected customer experience we're known for

Product Knowledge and Support

Provide accurate and helpful answers to customer inquiries about wheels, tires, and related products
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical and product issues effectively
Explain product features, benefits, and specifications in a clear, understandable way
Stay current on product offerings, promotions, and industry trends


Customer Needs Assessment

Determine customer needs and expectations through active listening and thoughtful questioning
Empower customers with the knowledge and tools necessary to select the right tire for their specific needs and budget
Consider customer safety as the first priority in every recommendation made
Provide personalized suggestions based on vehicle type, driving habits, climate conditions, and budget constraints


Technical Validation and Quality Assurance

Validate product requirements including sizing, fitment, and safety standards
Ensure all product recommendations align with both industry and aren't we safety standards
Double-check information accuracy before providing recommendations to customers
Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and transactions


Performance and Efficiency

Complete all work in a timely and accurate manner
Meet or exceed productivity metrics while maintaining exceptional service quality

Availability: Must be available to work daytime hours Monday through Friday, with rotating weekend availability


Preferred Qualifications

Previous customer service experience in any industry (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
Experience with live chat or text-based customer support
Familiarity with CRM systems and chat platforms
Basic understanding of automotive products or a keen interest in learning
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
