**Key Responsibilities**

As a Live Chat Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

β€’ **Managing Multiple Live Chat Conversations**: Engage in real-time conversations with website visitors, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries during assigned hours.
β€’ **Providing Accurate Information**: Offer detailed information about our construction and roofing services, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our offerings.
β€’ **Converting Interactions into Qualified Leads**: Convert chat interactions into qualified leads or scheduled appointments, working closely with sales and project teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
β€’ **Documenting Interactions**: Document interactions in CRM systems and maintain organized records, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
β€’ **Communicating Effectively**: Communicate effectively with sales and project teams to ensure seamless handoffs and customer satisfaction.
β€’ **Maintaining a Friendly and Helpful Tone**: Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a friendly and helpful tone while managing multiple live chat conversations simultaneously.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

β€’ **Prior Experience in Live Chat Support**: A minimum of 6 months of experience in live chat support, customer service, or virtual assistance.
β€’ **Excellent Written Communication**: Strong written communication skills, with the ability to type at a minimum speed of 45 WPM.
β€’ **Multitasking and Time Management**: Ability to multitask while maintaining a friendly and helpful tone, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
β€’ **Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM Systems**: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
β€’ **Reliable Internet Connection and Quiet Remote Work Setup**: A reliable internet connection and quiet remote work setup, ensuring that you can work effectively and efficiently from home.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, the following qualifications are strongly preferred:

β€’ **Bilingual (English/Spanish)**: Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
β€’ **Experience with Live Chat Tools**: Experience with tools like LiveChat, Intercom, or Zendesk Chat, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
