**Key Responsibilities**

As a Live Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or concerns in real-time, offering effective solutions.
* Documenting and tracking customer interactions in the customer support system, ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.

**Qualifications**
