**Key Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Monitoring live chat inquiries and responding promptly and professionally to clients and website visitors
* Providing first-level technical and customer support to clients and website visitors, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively
* Directing complex issues to the appropriate team member for further resolution, ensuring seamless handovers and minimizing downtime
* Updating and maintaining accurate records of all live chat conversations, providing valuable insights for process improvements
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure consistent and accurate responses to inquiries, fostering a culture of teamwork and knowledge-sharing
* Identifying opportunities for improvement in the live chat process and making suggestions for enhancements, driving continuous improvement and innovation
* Proactively engaging with website visitors to generate interest in our products and services, leveraging your exceptional communication skills to build relationships and drive sales
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat environment
