Your duties will include: * Answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner * Offering promotional discounts and providing helpful resources and information to customers * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback * Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service through online chat, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer inquiries and issues * Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner * Offer promotional discounts and provide helpful resources and information to customers * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred * 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and online platforms * Reliable internet connection and device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone/tablet/laptop) * Availability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Knowledge of customer service software and technology * Certification in customer service or a related field * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in using technology, including computers, software, and online platforms * Reliable internet connection and device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone/tablet/laptop) * Strong customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and conflict resolution * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong organizational and time management skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
